We want you to love your LUMICCHI t-shirt. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Policy

2. Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging with all original tags attached.
Free from any stains, makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear.
Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request: Order #[Your Order Number]".
In the email, please include your name, order number, and the reason for the return.
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions and a return shipping address.

4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow [e.g., 5-10] business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate in your email that you would like an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not in stock, we will process a refund for you instead.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items
We take great care in inspecting our t-shirts before they ship. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the defect or incorrect item. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement as quickly as possible.

7. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received defective or incorrect on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
